Upcoming Dedication/Ribbon Cutting Event that Shepherd's Care Medical Clinic of Zebulon, 1303 Water Plant Road, Zebulon, NC 27597, is hosting on Saturday, March 4, 2023 from 11:00am -3:00pm; it will be open to the public. They are excited to unveil their new Mobile Health Unit.

About Shepherd's Care:
Primary Care Clinic that provides medical and behavioral health services to uninsured and underinsured individuals in Franklin, Johnston, Nash, and Wake County.
To be eligible for ongoing primary care services, individuals must have a confirmed diagnosis of a chronic disease. Staff offers occasional groups, distributes food every 3rd Wednesday of the month, and makes referrals as needed using Case Management, Project Access and Med Assist programs.
