Career and Image Coaching - Work one-on-one with a career coach to develop your resume, practice your elevator pitch, and review interview questions. Next, meet with an image coach to select an outfit for your upcoming interview. Once you land your job, return for a 10-piece wardrobe.

Job Acquisition Class / The Going Places Network - This four-week online class focuses on identifying strengths, developing an elevator pitch, updating resumes and LinkedIn profiles, and developing strong networking skills. Participants can engage in mock interviews with top Triangle businesses to prepare for their job interviews. Graduates from the program receive a certificate of completion from Wake or Durham Tech Community College.

Wednesday Webinars - Join business professionals from Triangle companies to learn how to further develop your career. Topics include how to find employment during the pandemic, how to apply makeup for a video interview, legal rights surrounding the pandemic, and more.

Career Development Workshops' Networking for Success - Networking for Success hosts monthly circles and small group discussions for women who are employed. Workshops feature various topics on employment, career advancement, work/life balance, leadership, and work bias. Join us and other working women to build your network, all online!

Hiring Events - Monthly occurring hiring events include job fairs and job recruitment events with featured companies. Find out what it's like to work at a particular company, learn about current job openings, and gain insight into the application process to make your resume stand out for hiring managers.

Career Pathways - Career Pathways to Confidence introduces a variety of career sectors and paths. Women will have the opportunity to identify where their skills align with various career options and can connect with industry leaders to strengthen their professional outcomes.
