PUBLIC NOTICE - PAYMENT STANDARDS UPDATE

NOTICE OF THE HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM (HCVP) 

The Housing Authority of the County of Wake (HACW) gives notice that our Housing Choice Voucher Program Payment Standards have been updated and are available for public review. The updated Payment Standards will be effective November 1, 2023. The public may view these documents at our Administrative Office between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Our Office is located at 100 Shannon Drive Zebulon, NC 27597. The new Housing Choice Voucher Program Payment Standards will also be posted at 100 N. Allen Road Wake Forest, NC 27587, 105 Youngwood Road, Fuquay Varina, NC 27526, 817 Delta Street Garner, NC 27529, and on our Facebook page and Website www.wakecountyha.org
