PHA Annual Plan - Public Hearing

Notice of Public Hearing

The Housing Authority of the County of Wake has developed its FY2024 Public Housing Agency Annual Plan in accordance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. The Plan provides a ready source for interested parties to locate PHA policies, rules, and requirements concerning the PHA's operations and programs serving the needs of low-income and very low-income families in Wake County, North Carolina.

The Annual Plan, Supporting Documents, Administrative Plan and Admissions and Occupancy Policies as well as the Capital Fund documents will be available for public review and comment for a 45-day period starting April 22, 2024. The documents will be available on the Housing Authority of the County of Wake's website, as well as at the Lobby in the Main Office between the hours of 9:00am to 4:30pm located at:

A Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 12:30pm.
