Office Hours (Temporary Hours)

Temporary Office Hours - Effective May 2, 2022

For the safety of our employees, residents, and the community, the Wake County Housing Authority's Administrative Office located at 100 Shannon Drive, Zebulon, NC 27597 will be opening to the public temporarily on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am - 12:00pm and Wednesdays from 1:00pm - 4:00pm until further notice.

Complex Offices (Garner, Fuquay-Varina, and Wake Forest) will be by Appointment ONLY.

All tenants, participants and applicants will be encouraged to schedule an in-person appointment with their Case Manager to assure the Case Manager's availability when the tenant/participant/applicant comes in.

Appointments will be scheduled for any time during the week for the tenant/participant/applicant convenience.

A secured drop box is available on the left front door entrance of the Main Office (Zebulon) to submit changes or requested documents. All change report forms can also be submitted to your assigned Case Manager via e-mail or mail.
